Johnson & Johnson’s Global Consumer Headquarter’s was to be relocated from its rural location to the Corporate campus in New Brunswick, NJ. This would enable closer collaboration between business units while providing a more vibrant urban setting for the team. Importantly it was an opportunity to transform the workplace into an environment that fosters collaboration, inspires innovation, and places the consumer at the center, while embodying a healthy place to work, a concept central to Johnson & Johnson’s company mission. The branded elements, furniture and material choices, and application of brand colors helped translate the companies values and beliefs into a cohesive and inviting workplace. Project completed while serving as Design Director, Corporate Identity at Johnson & Johnson. Project Team: Gensler, architects. Photography, Garrett Rowland.
