The Johnson & Johnson Museum, called ‘Our Story at the Powerhouse’, is designed to provide a view into the company’s 130-plus-year heritage of transformative, global healthcare innovation. Located at Johnson & Johnson headquarters in New Brunswick, NJ, the project involved the organizing of artifacts and immersive storytelling consistent with the Johnson & Johnson corporate brand. Unique exhibit solutions include interactive timelines, first-person accounts, and multisensorial environments where visitors can, for example, smell the unmistakeable scent of Johnson’s Baby Shampoo, demonstrating the powerful connection between scent and memory and this beloved Johnson & Johnson product. Project completed while serving as Design Director, Corporate Identity at Johnson & Johnson. Project Team: Gallagher & Associates (Content Development, Digital Media, Physical Experience, Design, Virtual Museum Experience), JacobsWyper, architects. Photography © Albert Vecerka/Esto.
